At Uzma Shad, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may exchange your items within 7 days of receiving them, subject to the following conditions:

• The wrong size was delivered compared to what was originally ordered.
• The item has a manufacturing defect. In this case, a complaint must be raised within 2 to 3 days of receiving the product.
• The customer must notify Uzma Shad of their intent to exchange the item via email, SMS, or phone call within 7 working days of receiving the product.
• The item must be in its original packaging with the price tag intact.
• The original invoice must be sent along with the item.
• The product must be unused, meaning it should have no stains, odors, or any signs of use that could suggest the item has been worn.
• Items purchased on sale or discount promotions cannot be exchanged.
• If an item was purchased on sale and later returns to its regular price, it will still be exchanged at the sale price.
• No Refund Policy: We do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges will only be provided in cases of damage or defect.
